RCRA Corrective Measures: Former Paint Manufacturing Facility

Work was conducted within an expedited time frame necessary to allow the client to complete sale of the property during favorable market conditions:

• Managed community relations program;
• Completed removal of over 16,000 tons of impacted soils. Segregated soils into waste tiers, including RCRA and California Hazardous, to minimize cost to client;
• Implemented low-permeability caps and deed restrictions; and
• Negotiated soil closure separate from groundwater to facilitate property redevelopment.
